What to Expect
Is every artwork really hand-painted?
Yes. Each piece is painted to order on canvas using real paint and visible brushwork. It is not a printed canvas.
Can I approve the artwork before shipping?
Yes. We send photos of the completed piece for your review before arranging delivery.
How long does production and delivery take?
Most paintings require approximately 3–5 weeks to complete. After you approve the final preview, tracked delivery usually takes approximately 7–15 business days. Complex work, large sizes or delayed approval may require additional time.
Can I request another size or frame?
Yes. Contact our studio for custom sizing, orientation or framing recommendations.
Will my painting look exactly like the design?
The composition and overall color direction are carefully followed, while small differences in brushwork and texture are expected. Those natural variations are part of owning a genuinely hand-painted piece.
What if the package arrives damaged?
Please contact us promptly with photographs of the outer packaging and artwork. Our studio will review the issue and help arrange the appropriate next step.
