RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Our paintings are made to order from the photographs and instructions supplied by each customer. Please review this policy before placing your order.
Cancellations
You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order, provided painting has not begun. Once the artist has started work, the order cannot be cancelled because materials and artist time have been committed specifically to your commission.
Photo review
We review the submitted reference photo before painting. If the image is not suitable, we will contact you to request another photo or discuss alternatives before work begins.
Preview and revisions
A digital preview is provided before shipment. One round of reasonable adjustments is included. Requests that materially change the approved composition, reference image, number of subjects, or artistic direction may require an additional fee and extra production time.
Personalized items
Because each painting is custom-made for one customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or dissatisfaction with an artistic style that is consistent with the approved order and preview.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved preview, contact us through the store contact page within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, photographs of the artwork, packaging, and shipping label. Please keep all original packaging while we review the claim.
When a claim is accepted, we may offer repair, repainting, replacement, or a refund, depending on the circumstances. Do not return artwork without written authorization. We cover reasonable return shipping for an approved damaged, defective, or incorrect-order claim.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require 5–10 business days to post the funds after Shopify processes the refund.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
